I’ve often come across the idea that DIY isn’t for women — but hands-on work has always been part of who I am.I’ve always been curious about how things worked. When I was four, I used to grab my dad’s screwdriver, take the door handles off, and then put them back on again. I grew up learning from my father, an engineer and keen DIYer, and that practical mindset stayed with me.
​It later shaped my work in high-end hospitality and the management of luxury Airbnb properties in the Cotswolds, where attention to detail and high standards really matter.

Having strong DIY knowledge, I’ve always found it frustrating when work isn’t done properly. That frustration is what led to the idea of bringing everything together — combining practical understanding with clear coordination, so the right people are involved and jobs are done well.

Today, I provide calm, hands-on property and home support for landlords and homeowners, making sure the day-to-day running of a property is handled properly and with care.
